STVS Appoints James Turco CEO
Chritopher Pechtold, Scott Factor, and Troy Harding assume leadership positions; Former CEO Barry Johnson retires
STATE COLLEGE, PA – April 8, 2025 – Secure Technology Value Solutions (STVS) today announced the appointment of James “Jamie” Turco as CEO.
An industry veteran with more than 15 years’ security and corrections experience, Turco most recently served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at STVS. Prior to joining STVS in 2019, Turco served as a Deputy Sheriff at the Butler County, Ohio Sheriff’s Office for nearly ten years.
As CEO, Turco will continue the expansion of STVS and its service and technology infrastructure.

Turco success Barry Johnson, who has served as CEO since of STVS since 2019, and retires after a career in corrections lasting more than 40 years.
